You Must Pay For Returning Shipping Charges

All of the information on the whereabouts of your package can be seen by using your tracking number.

Exchanges can take up to 5-7 days

Do You Offer Exchanges or Returns?

We only offer exchanges. Please read the description and measurements CAREFULLY before purchasing, as we do no accept returns. Notice of exchanges must be done within three days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns.

If you want to exchange your previously purchased item, we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value.

We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to use and these items MUST be returned in the same condition that it was received.

Does My Store Credit Expire?

Store credit does not expire and can be used whenever you please. You only receive amount credited for the purchased item not tax or shipping.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Standard Shipping (3-5) business days of purchase. Express Shipping (1-2) business days of purchase. Shipping times may very due to to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Weekends or Holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on the order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of  your order, please check your spam folder and add info@goshopjade.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email your ordered under.

Jade orders usually deliver in 3-4 business days US, we ship all orders through USPS. International orders take up to 7-21 days after shipment has been made.

Problems with Credit Card?

If you are experiencing trouble processing your payment at checkout, please first check that your billing address, name and information all correlates to the information that the bank who provide your card, on their records. If the information does not match up the payment will not be initiated. If its still not working, I’ll recommend calling your bank.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you want to cancel order please contact as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will unfortunately not be able to cancel order once they are processed.We are not able to add items to existing orders that has already been shipped.
